Cloakroom
There is a guarded cloakroom next to the info desk. You are welcome to use it and also store baggage there if you need to. The cloakroom is open during the venue opening hours.
Listeners
Archipelacon 2 has listeners who are there to help out in any situation that might arise regarding harassment, unruly conduct or other inter-personal diffuculties, regardless if they are from another member of the con, convention staff or the venue staff. They can be reached by phone throughout the whole convention, through the info desk during info desk opening hours, or through any member of the convention staff.

The convention site has a free wifi for all our members to use.

First Aid and Health
There are personnel among the Alandica and convention staff who have first aid training and are prepared to help in case of emergencies. The convention is well-equipped to address minor injuries such as small cuts or blisters. There is a first aid kit with plasters and small dressings, and also a defibrillator at the info desk. The closest pharmacy, called Förstä Apoteket, is located at Torggatan 3.
Are you or someone in your party sick? Are you worried and not sure what to do? Åland’s health and medical services provide a healthcare information phone line (+358 18 535 117), open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. A nurse will assess your need for care, give you advice, and guide you to the appropriate healthcare facility if necessary.
If you are acutely seriously ill or have been seriously injured, you should immediately contact or go to the emergency department at Åland Central Hospital. The emergency department is open 24 hours a day. If you require an ambulance or in the case of a serious accident or a serious illness, call 112. If the accident happens at the convention site, please also contact the info desk or Alandica personnel so we’ll know to guide the medical personnel to the right location in the building.
Lost & Found
All items found at the convention site during the convention will be delivered to the info desk. Found items will be handed to their owners by accurate description of the items. After the convention, all uncollected items will be delivered to the Lost and Found services in Helsinki.
